A well-established law firm in Norwich is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join its friendly and supportive Residential Conveyancing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting fee earners with conveyancing matters and case preparation
Drafting legal documents and correspondence
Managing files, dictation, and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with billing and client accounts
Liaising with clients and third partiesAbout You:
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant within Residential Conveyancing is essential
Excellent typing and IT skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Professional, approachable, and client-focused
