£35,000 – £45,000 per annum

The Burford Recruitment Company is partnering with one of our clients in search of a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Conveyancer to join their team.
Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions
* Manage your work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision
* Processing cases in a timely and cost-effective manner.
* Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
* Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work
* Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
Skills and Attributes
* Have experience managing your own caseload
* Be organised and process-driven
* Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact on the practice
* Commit to providing an excellent standard of client care at all times, and understand the importance of communicating with Clients, Solicitors and Introducers.
* Be IT literate with experience of using a web-based case management system

* The role is an Office-based position
* The working hours are 9 am – 5 pm
