My client are an award winning firm who are looking for a Legal Assistant to join their Conveyancing team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a Conveyancing department or team.
As a Conveyancing Assistant your duties will include:
* Liaising with Estate Agents/Borrower and Lender
* Assist with Post Completion
* Help with preparation of contract packs
* Requesting redemption figures
* Submission of searches
As a Conveyancing Assistant you will have the following skills:
* Previous experience working in Conveyancing
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Highly organised
* Proficient on Microsoft Office
