Conveyancing Assistant
North Leeds
Salary up to £25k

A highly reputable multi service firm in North Leeds is looking to grow their conveyancing department by recruiting a conveyancing assistant for a full time permanent position.

Joining an established team, you will be supporting the solicitors in a range of matters including ordering searches, dealing with the land registry, setting up completions, issuing mortgage reports, issuing contracts on sales files and dealing with exchanges.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months current conveyancing (in sales and purchases) experience, candidates without this experience will not be considered. You will be proactive, passionate about building a career within conveyancing and be looking for a firm that will allow for that development and progression.

The role is full time office based with a salary up to £25k depending on experience.
