The Eventus Recruitment Group are seeking a Conveyancer to join a highly reputable Legal 500 law firm in Chester, Cheshire. This is a full-time permanent job. Role Responsibilities

The incoming Conveyancing Fee Earner will be managing a caseload of residential property matters with the support of a Conveyancing Assistant.

The role responsibilities include:

* Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters

* Liaising with clients and third parties

* Managing WIP, billing and cash collection

* Participation in team meetings

* Business development activities including marketing, networking, maintaining strong relationships with referrers and seeking referrals from existing clients

Person Specifications

Applications are welcome from Conveyancers, Property Solicitors and Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years’ experience overseeing a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
