Key Qualifications:
Experience: You should have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in conveyancing.
Trust Expertise: Strong familiarity with Trusts, including advising on and drafting trusts (including Disabled Persons Trusts) and knowledge of trust collapsing.
Property Law: A solid understanding of property law and conveyancing processes.
Collaboration: Ability to liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in property transactions.What's for you?
