Eventus Legal is currently seeking an accomplished Residential Conveyancer to join a distinguished multi-service, Legal 500 firm based in their Lancashire or Cumbria office. This full-time, permanent job with the flexibility of remote working on a hybrid basis. Ideal for legal professionals commuting from Lancaster, Carnforth, Kirkby Lonsdale, Kendal and North Yorkshire border, this opportunity comes with a competitive salary and additional benefits including a 25-day holiday allowance plus bank holidays with a competitive salary.

Role Responsibilities

The incoming Residential Conveyancer will be joining a well-established team managing a diverse caseload. Responsibilities include overseeing a caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion including:

* Sales and purchases

* New builds

* Help to buy

* Shared ownership

* Buy to let sales and purchases

You will also be confident handling complex conveyancing transactions and building strong relationships with clients and referrers.

Person Specification

Applications are sought from experienced Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers, ideally with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE. Successful candidates will demonstrate the following attributes:

* Proficiency in handling a varied caseload with minimal supervision

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Exceptional administration and IT capabilities

* Collaborative team player

* Outstanding client service skills
