About the role:

As a Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion. You will work closely with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience for all involved. The role offers the opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team in a friendly, forward-thinking firm with a strong regional presence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handling a full range of conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds.

* Managing your own caseload with autonomy while maintaining high-quality standards.

* Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.

* Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the conveyancing process.

* Supporting junior team members and contributing to the teams overall success.

About You:

To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

* At least 2 years experience managing your own caseload of residential property matters.

* Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and regulations.

* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

* A client-focussed approach with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
