Your role will be to deliver software artefacts whilst working to a full software development lifecycle whilst also leading a team of engineers.
About the Role:
Specify, design and test solutions for PLC control systems and develop PLC software from multiple design formats such as Block Diagrams, Flow Charts or Pseudo Code.
Manage the task allocation of the software team.
Produce technical documentation in accordance with company/customer procedures.
About You:
Proven experience in the design and integration of PLC control systems and SCADA systems.
Siemens Step 7 professional, Siemens S7-300/400 FH series PLCs and ET 200M distributed I/O (Hardware & Software).
Large scale/infrastructure SCADA development experience.
Industrial Ethernet based communication protocols and networking standards.

Role: Control Systems Software Engineer - PLC
Salary: £53,000–£76,000 Plus Bonus & Benefits
Location: New Malden, Greater London Area
Hybrid working: 2-3 days a week on-site and occasional travel to client site(s)
You will be successful in this role if you are an experienced control systems/software engineer specialising in control systems and are looking to take on a challenge of delivering large-scale projects whilst also managing a team.
Due to the nature of work undertaken at our client's site, incumbents of these positions are required to meet special nationality rules and therefore these vacancies are only open to British Citizens.
