Are you a QS experienced within Social housing? Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in managing a partnering contract for a 6 Month FTC, ensuring the seamless delivery of repairs and void refurbishment programs? As the Partnering Contract Manager, you'll be at the forefront of overseeing the contractual agreement between the Client and the Sub Contractor, safeguarding commercial interests and achieving value for money through attention to terms and conditions. Day to Day Responsibilities:

6 month contract (starts Mid June)
£350-£450 per day.
Managing the commercial partnership agreement between Client and the R&M Contractor, especially regarding exclusions and subsequent specifications concerning Property Price & Void Price details.
As the Contract Manager, lead and facilitate client-led meetings with the partnering contractor, across central and Central West London.
Solid understanding of collaborating with a primary contractor, robust comprehension of the contract and specifications, with experience in TPC or JCT contracts.
Strong technical understanding of social housing domestic building repair specifications and capacity to suggest alternative methods when appropriate.
Adept with R&M KPIs and overseeing performance in partnership contracts.Knowledge, skills, and experience required:

Thoroughly familiar with the M3NHF Rate Schedule.
Technically proficient, with experience in a Quantity Surveying environment alongside contract management.
Requires a commercially savvy approach, prioritising value for money through contract terms and conditions.
Experience in managing building maintenance contracts, particularly in response repairs and void refurbishments.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing, capable of producing reports for board-level consumption.
Good proficiency in standard Microsoft Office software, along with an understanding of maintenance management software's potential benefits.
Demonstrated track record of managing contracts of a similar nature.
