Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in renewable energy, Solar PV or construction?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join a rapidly growing business operating across the renewable energy, sustainability and energy efficiency sectors.

This is a key role responsible for managing the successful delivery of multiple renewable energy and construction projects, including large-scale residential developments, commercial retrofit projects and energy efficiency programmes.

You’ll take ownership of projects from contract handover through to completion and post-commissioning, working closely with clients, site teams, suppliers, subcontractors and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required standard.

The Role – Contracts Manager

As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of multiple projects, ensuring effective planning, coordination and delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Managing contracts from handover through to completion and post-commissioning.

* Coordinating internal teams, clients, site managers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

* Managing project programme, resources, labour, materials and equipment.

* Preparing and monitoring material and revenue forecasts.

* Building strong working relationships with clients and site teams, providing regular project updates and progress reports.

About You

We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager, Project Manager or Construction Manager with a proven background in renewable energy or a closely related construction environment.

You should have:

* Previous experience in renewable energy, ideally Solar PV.

* Proven experience in contract management and project delivery.

* Experience managing multiple projects, contractors and installation teams.

* A good understanding of the construction sector and project lifecycle.

Experience with Solar PV, renewable energy installations, DNO processes, RAMS, O&M documentation or energy efficiency projects would be highly advantageous.
