Contracts Manager - Plastering / New Build Housing

I am looking for a Contracts Manager to join a regional Plastering contractor who specialise in new build housing, the role is to be based in Liverpool covering the North West. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the Plastering Contracts on New Build Housing projects.

Contracts Manager duties:

* Manage and oversee Plastering contract for new build housing.

* Develop and manage projects' budget circa 10 million per year

* Oversee a team of site managers looking after the works

* Work closely with clients and developers to understand project requirements

What is required for the role:

* Plastering experience - preferably New Build Housing

* Experience as a Contracts Manager within Plastering

* Level 7 construction NVQ or Degree equivalent desirable

Benefits of the Contracts Manager role:

* £55,000 per annum
