About the company: Our client is a well-established electrical contractor based in Hertfordshire, renowned for delivering high-quality electrical solutions across large scale residential and commercial projects in London & the Southeast. With a commitment to safety and security, this business is excited to announce the launch of its new Fire Alarms & Security division and is seeking an experienced and driven individual to lead this division and drive its success. The business is focussing on the delivery of Fire Alarms, EVC Systems, Disabled Toilet Alarms, CCTV Technology, & Access Control
 
Role Overview: As the Fire Alarms Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and leading our new Fire Alarms division. Drawing upon your experience as a fire alarms engineer, you will develop and implement strategies to drive sales, expand the client base, and maximize revenue opportunities. Your role will involve managing all aspects of the division, including project and operational management, and customer relations. You will collaborate closely with the existing team to ensure seamless integration and alignment with our core business values.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive delivery strategy to drive efficiency and achieve targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
Oversee and improve the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial consultation and design to installation and commissioning of fire alarm systems.
Provide expert guidance and support to clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their safety and security needs.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery and exceptional customer service.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.  Requirements:

Proven experience as a fire alarms engineer, preferably with senior management experience of some kind in the fire alarms sector.
Sound knowledge of fire alarm products, technologies, and market trends.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
Strategic mindset with a track record of driving business efficiency and achieving targets.
Technical proficiency in fire alarm systems and associated tools.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in fire safety or electrical engineering would be advantageous.  Benefits:
