Contracts Manager (Electrical - Maintainiance)
Hove
Circa £50k + Package
My client, a well established Electrical contractor who operate within the Maintenance sector are seeking a driven and proactive contracts manager to join their team based in their office in Hove. Working closely with the Senior Management team and supported by a team of skilled tradesmen and back office team the ideal candidate will be able to maximise the opportunities on any live and potential contracts.
The role requires you to build strong working relationships with the clients representative and to become the preferred partner for any reactive or planned maintenance works as well as accurately price works to be competitive yet profitable.
With responsibility of a £500k+ a year contract you will be looking to see where further work could take place and offer advise to clients on future works to suit their annual budgets. Alongside the current client base you would also actively seek new opportunities to increase revenue and help grow the business.
