Contracts Manager – Design & Build
Location: Luton
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + Benefits
An established Design & Build contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across the region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong order book and a reputation for delivering quality construction projects.
The Role
* Manage multiple Design & Build projects from pre-construction through to completion.
* Lead and support Site Managers and Project Teams.
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
* Maintain strong client relationships and attend progress meetings.
* Monitor quality, commercial performance and programme delivery.
* Work closely with the commercial and design teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within Design & Build construction.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes and H&S legislation.
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid desirable.
