Peace Recruitment are currently working on behalf of our client who are seeking an experienced and dynamic Contracts Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal to our operations, ensuring the seamless execution of multiple projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing fit out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Oversee all phases of fit out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Contract Administration: Manage all aspects of contract negotiation, execution, and compliance. Ensure all contractual obligations are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
* Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
* Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate project teams, including site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a contracts management role preferably in the fit-out field.
* Education: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction contracts, legal requirements, and public sector procurement processes.
