Job Title: Contracts Manager - Social Housing
Location: East Sussex
Salary: £52,000 per year, along with a Car/Allowance and Benefits package.
Overview:
Bell Group, in collaboration with a leading Social Housing provider, seeks a proactive Contracts Manager to oversee Planned Works for tenanted social housing properties in East Sussex. The role involves managing projects within long-term partnerships with Local Authorities and Housing Associations, encompassing both internal and external refurbishment schemes, kitchens/bathrooms utilizing a subcontractor network.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of projects.
* Manage workforce motivation to meet project deadlines and budgets.
* Emphasize quality, customer service, and satisfaction in project delivery.
* Drive contract profitability through pricing and delivery of additional works.
* Maintain high levels of client and tenant satisfaction.
* Oversee process management and customer relations.
* Understand and manage financial aspects of the contract.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager delivering social housing/planned maintenance projects.
* Strong focus on team motivation, project quality, and customer service.
* Proficiency in financial management related to contracts.
* Excellent customer liaison and communication skills.
