£50,000-£70,000 DOE | Full-Time | Permanent
Hunters' established client is recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team.
A strong background in both pitched and flat roofing is essential.
Contracts Manager - Roofing - The Role
Manage roofing contracts from start to finish, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets and quality standards
Oversee both pitched and flat roofing works across multiple sites
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and materials
Carry out site visits, monitor progress and resolve issues
Manage project costs, variations and commercial performance
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high standard of delivery
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed throughout Contracts Manager - Roofing - The Fit
Previous experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar senior roofing role
Solid experience in both pitched and flat roofing
Strong knowledge of roofing methods, materials and site operations
Confident managing teams, subcontractors and multiple projects
Commercially aware with good cost control and planning skills
Strong communication and organisational abilities
Full UK driving licence What's on Offer?
