Description:

4Site is looking for a Contracts Manager with experience in the residential sector to join our client based in Central London.

Our client is a main contractor specialising in prime external refurbishments and redecoration of residential apartment blocks throughout London. They complete projects ranging in value up to £6m, always prioritising quality and building long-lasting relationships throughout the process. With multiple projects currently running and more to come, they are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team and hit the ground running.

The ideal candidate for this role will:

Have minimum 5 years’ experience on high end residential projects between £1-6m
Experience reading drawings and setting out
Experience running at least 3 projects at once
Well versed in health and safety on site and have a solid understanding of building materials and labour pricing.
