Description:

Due to the volume of existing and new contracts as well as ongoing general company growth, we are looking for a Contracts Manager that has experience within the civils/groundworks sector.

All candidates must:

* Be experienced and have a strong groundwork and civil background.

* Be prepared to be responsible for up to 5 or 6 projects at a time.

* Be used to organising a workforce and plant resources simultaneously across multiple projects via site-based foremen/managers.

* Liaise with clients daily.

* Liaise with the buying department where necessary.

* Liaise with the commercial department where necessary.

* Liaise with the directors where necessary.

Contract managers will have an open remit to source their backup team and individuals familiar to them. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and you will be provided with a company car, plus a fuel card.
