Contract Manager – The Opportunity:
As a Contract Manager, you will oversee multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery and management of customer relations, health and safety, quality, environmental standards, timelines, and cost/value operations.

Contract Manager – What you will be doing:

Support and achieve objectives in the Annual Business Plan.
Maintain effective relationships with customers and their representatives.
Implement and uphold company strategies and policies.
Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Ensure project teams comply with the Business Management System.
Proactively identify and resolve issues.
Review methods and materials to enhance profitability.
Manage, support, and mentor project teams.
Conduct annual appraisals for direct reports.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide aftercare services to customers.
Supervise project teams, including project and site managers, engineers, and quantity surveyors.
Ensure team awareness of Business Continuity Planning.
Perform other relevant duties. Contract Manager – What we need from you:

Experience in a similar Contract Management role with a main contractor (desirable).
Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar with a main contractor (essential).
Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant construction subject (desirable).
Professional qualification (e.g., CIOB) (desirable).
CITB Level 3 Safety Course (essential).
Appropriate CSCS Card (essential).
High level of leadership and management skills.
Strong technical experience and knowledge (essential).
High commercial and financial acumen.
