Role Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Contracts Manager to join our team in Co. Down, on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of assigned asphalt surfacing projects. Key responsibilities include:

* Planning and organizing project schedules.

* Managing project budgets

* Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Ensuring compliance with safety regulations

* Handling tendering and quotations.

* Monitoring project progress

* Measuring and quantifying site works

* Producing payment applications

* Resolving any issues that arise

* Ensuring quality control throughout all phases of the project

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in asphalt surfacing and construction project management

* In-depth knowledge of asphalt materials, techniques, and industry standards

* Strong organizational and time management skills

* Excellent communication and leadership abilities

* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

* Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

* Experience in budgeting and cost control.

* Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and best practices

* A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.

* Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
