Description:

Midlands regional contractor are looking for a Contracts Manager that has experience working within the education, health, commercial sectors delivering projects on both a new build and refurbishment basis with projects either on a framework or by competitive/negotiated tender basis. Your role will be to work with the estimating, preconstruction and design departments in order to submit formal tenders and once awarded to assist with contract programme to be delivered by the site team, other duties will consist of attending client/subcontractor progress meetings, assisting with any design changes to coordinate with architect/structural engineer for approval aswell as ensuring site team are managing all health & safety aspects. You will be responsible for managing 2-3 projects at any time ranging with them from being in preconstruction stage to live, projects will be across the greater West Midlands region so travel will be expected. Salary package is 70-75k DOE aswell as benefits
