Contracts Manager - Groundworks & Civils | Kent

I'm currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join a specialist groundworks & civil engineering contractor working with major housebuilders and larger contractors across the South East.

Location: Kent - covering multiple sites

Sector: Predominantly residential / housing

Role: Contracts Manager

Looking for someone with:

Strong groundworks & civils background
Solid RC frame experience
Strong knowledge of roads, sewers & infrastructure
Proven experience delivering residential/housing projects
Ability to manage multiple sites and teams
Strong client, subcontractor and commercial management skills
Ideally someone who has progressed through the groundworks/site environmentThe role:

Managing 5-6 sites across Kent
Site audits, reporting, invoicing and overall delivery responsibility
