Description:
Contracts Manager required for sub contractor with an ever expanding pipeline of work within the residential, commercial and industrial groundworks sector.
Candidates will be asked to/required to have:
Be experienced and have a strong groundworks and civils background.
Be prepared to be responsible for up to 5 or 6 projects at a time.
Be used to organising a workforce and plant resources simultaneously across multiple projects via site based foremen/managers.
Liaise with clients on a daily basis.
Liaise with the buying department where necessary.
Liaise with the commercial department where necessary.
Liaise with the directors where necessary.
The Contracts Manager will have an open remit to source their own back up team and individuals familiar to them.
Salary is negotiable but will be upwards of £70K with company vehicle and fuel card. We are happy to discuss further particulars with the correct candidate
