This is a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts manager with experience working on the refurbishment of Commercial and / or Residential projects to join a rapidly growing contractor in a dynamic role offering variety, autonomy and progression.

This company specialise in refurbishment within the Commercial and residential sector, having being established for over a decade and have committed themselves to sustainable growth. In line with their growth plans they have recently opened a EWI division. Growing 20% year on year, they have built their success on providing their reputable clients with a quality service providing them with roofing and refurbishment services. These relationships have helped them increase their workload, catalysing them into a period of expansion. Due to this they are now looking to recruit an ambitious Contracts Manager to join their refurbishment division.
On offer is a rare opportunity for a highly motivated Contracts Manager to join a rapidly expanding contractor in an autonomous role with a growing company where you will progress through the ranks whilst being recognised within a close knit team.
In this role you will manage multiple 3 - 5 projects at any given time based in and around North London and Stevenage. You will report to the Operations Director working on commercial and refurbishment projects valuing up to 2.5M. You will be oversee the contracts once they've been won liaising with Clients and Site Managers. You will ensure projects are being delivered on time to budget within quality standards and attending weekly progress reports keeping clients informed of progress.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Contracts Management within the Construction industry. You will be looking to join a rapidly expanding contractor, where you can become an expert, build a team and progress your career.
The role:
Contracts Manager
Ensuring sites are delivered on time, to budget and to quality standards
Conducting regular site visits and audits
Being the clients main point of contact providing regular progress reports
Liaising with Site and Commercial staff
The person:
Previous experience in a Contracts Manager role
Experience in Refurbishment projects
Good Construction knowledge
Good communication and written skills
