Contracts Manager Construction
A prime residential refurbishment main contractor is looking to add an experienced Contracts Manager to their
growing team.
The Contracts manager will be responsible for looking after 2 £2 - £10 million Prime Refurbishment/ new builds in Surrey / London.
The Contracts t Manager will join a young and hungry team who's desire to push on and become one of the best Prime Resi Main contractors over the next 5 years.

The company are a lean intimate+ strong team, turn over approximately £15 million with over 15 years experience in the market as a business + more as individuals.

The Contracts Manager's Role
The successful Contracts Manager will be responsible for the program, design, reporting and day to day management.
The Contracts Manager - Requirements
Prime / High end residential experience
Managing multiple £2+ million budgets simultaneously
Exposure to prime refurbishments + new builds
Excellent organisational & team management skills
Good computer skills In return
