Contracts Manager - Drylining

£55k-£65k + Package
Are you a Contracts Manager from a drylining background?
Do you have experience delivering large scale drylining projects?
TS Recruitment are working with a specialist drylining contractor looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to oversee commercial projects across the North of England.

Responsibilities
· Manage 2-4 multi million-pound drylining projects at a time
· Attend prestart meetings and manage delivery from start to finish
· Write and manage site programmes
· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality
· Manage labour, managers, supervisors, and subcontractors
· Ensure H&S compliance across all sites
· Work closely with the commercial team and QS on variations and cost control
· Project values circa £1-5 million
· Report directly to the Regional Director

· Projects ranging from £1 to £5m
· Work includes healthcare, education and MOD work
· Renowned name in the industry
· Work for Tier 1 main contractors
Requirements
· Strong technical knowledge of internal trades
· SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified
· Minimum 5 years' management experience
· Good IT and reporting skills
· Full UK driving licence
