Up to £85,000 + Annual Bonus + 5% Pension + 25 Days Holiday
Our client is an established and successful main contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects across London and the surrounding areas. With a strong pipeline of secured work, they specialise in delivering new build projects across the residential and commercial sectors.
Due to continued growth and an expanding workload, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their senior delivery team.

The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
The successful candidate will have strong experience delivering new build residential projects within a design & build environment, with the ability to manage Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors and wider project teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a growing contractor where you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting the continued success of the business.
Responsibilities

Oversee the successful delivery of multiple new build residential projects.
Provide leadership and support to Project Managers, Site Managers and wider site teams.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Monitor project performance, progress and commercial outcomes.
Review and manage construction programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
Support project teams with planning, sequencing and delivery strategies.
Manage client relationships and act as a senior point of contact.
Attend and lead progress meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Oversee design management and ensure information is coordinated effectively.
Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Work closely with commercial teams to monitor costs, variations and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, Health & Safety requirements and quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement across projects and delivery teams.
Support the successful handover and completion of projects. Requirements

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager working for a UK main contractor.
Strong background delivering new build residential projects.
Previous experience working within a design & build environment.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support project teams.
Excellent understanding of construction programmes, build sequencing and project delivery.
Experience managing client relationships and key stakeholders.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project financial performance.
Experience working within a medium-sized contractor environment.
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. Rewards & Benefits
