Their portfolio includes super prime residential developments, five-star hotel fit-outs, sports stadiums, Michelin-star restaurants, premium retail, museums, and more. They predominantly work for high-net-worth clients, creating some of the most exceptional spaces in the sector.
Due to continued success and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to take responsibility for multiple high-value projects, ensuring exceptional delivery standards and client satisfaction.
The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for overseeing several luxury fit-out projects simultaneously, managing teams, budgets, programmes, and client relationships from pre-construction through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Lead, mentor, and support project teams, ensuring they have the resources and guidance required.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.
* Ensure all Health & Safety requirements are met and exceeded across sites.
* Oversee and manage budgets, cost control, and commercial reporting.
* Liaise closely with design, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure alignment at every stage.
* Review programmes, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
* Drive a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across all projects.
Requirements
* Proven track record as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager within the luxury fit-out sector.
* Experience delivering high-end retail, hospitality, or commercial projects.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multiple teams.
* Excellent client-facing skills with a track record of building long-term relationships.
* Commercially astute with experience managing multi-million-pound budgets.
* Degree or equivalent in Construction Management or a related field.
