Contracts Manager – Shopfitting
Location: Bristol
Salary: Up to £63,000 per annum
Projects: Nationwide
The Role
We are working with an established shopfitting contractor based in Bristol who is looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of nationwide retail fit-out and shopfitting projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in shopfitting, retail fit-outs or commercial interiors who can manage multiple projects, lead site teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple nationwide shopfitting and retail fit-out projects from inception through to completion.
*
Oversee Site Managers, subcontractors and project teams across various locations.
*
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
*
Monitor project programmes, costs, budgets and profitability.
*
Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact throughout project delivery.
*
Coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors and site resources.
*
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
*
Identify and manage project risks, variations and commercial issues.
*
Attend site visits and client meetings as required.
*
Oversee snagging, handovers and final account processes.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within shopfitting, retail fit-out or commercial interiors.
*
Strong experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
*
Experience overseeing Site Managers and subcontractors.
*
Excellent organisational, communication and client management skills.
*
Strong commercial awareness, including budget control and cost management.
*
Willingness to travel nationwide as required.
