Location – Remote / On-site working

Salary/Package - £45,000 - £60,000 OTE, Company Car/Allowance, Fuel Card, Technology provided – Laptop Etc,

Profile.

My client leads the market in offering a wide range of Chlorine Dioxide products, including 2-gram tablets suitable for disaster operations and large generation systems for municipal water treatment and offshore oil applications.

My client’s expertise in delivering Chlorine Dioxide (ClO2) dosing systems, coupled with cutting-edge technology, making them the preferred option in the market.

Purpose of the role.

The Contracts/Partnership/Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales effort in the UK, Ireland, and some regions of the EU through our partner network with our Chlorine Dioxide Water Treatment systems. You will work with partners who specialise in Healthcare, Food & Beverage, Building services and Industrial sectors.

You will manage inbound enquiries and generate of new business via existing trade partners and work to open accounts and relationships with new partners. 

As part of the Commercial team, you will work closely with the Commercial Director, Account Managers and be supported by Sales Administration and the Marketing team.

Responsibilities.

Generate new business with existing Water Hygiene (Compliance) and Water Treatment partners.
Seek out and set up new partnerships with Water Hygiene (Compliance) and Water Treatment partners.
First line response to all new partner enquiries, managing the lead to completion.
Generation of all proposal documents at each stage of the sale process.
Lead and present at Training sessions, Lunch & Learns and other partner development programs.
Work closely with the Marketing team on lead generation, brand campaigns and feedback for product development.
Attendance at trade shows as required.
Report to the Commercial Director sales metrics of accounts, orders, issues and performance against targets and company objectives.
Working closely with Customer Service, Production and Finance teams to ensure the smooth running of sales opportunities and advance planning for new sales.

You must have or hold.

Sales focused, a passion for innovation and the desire to take responsibility in a small team.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Sales role in a comparable industry.
Excellent knowledge of the Water Treatment industry.
An aptitude and strong interest in Engineering, with the ability to communicate with both sales and engineer stakeholders.
Full UK Licence
We are looking for a conscientious, reliable person capable of working on their own and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.

Progression through the company is possible, with in-depth experience of the role being an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided where required.
