This permanent, full‑time role is based at their Antrim head office and will involve managing a diverse range of fast‑track commercial construction projects across the UK & ROI, typically up to £2 million in value.

Essential Criteria
* Degree in a construction‑related discipline
* Minimum 10 years post‑qualification experience with a main contracting construction company
* CSR Black Card
* Proven experience delivering fast‑track construction, fit‑out and refurbishment projects
* Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
* Experience managing design & build projects
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal and people‑management skills
* Strong commercial awareness
* Previous experience managing and leading project teams
* Ability to influence and negotiate at senior level
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong IT skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project)
* Full, clean driving licence
* Quality‑driven with a strong focus on detail and client satisfaction
* Proven track record within the construction industry
