The Company:
Our client is a successful and growing main contractor based just outside Bristol, specialising in a variety projects across refurbishment. Projects are typically across Commercial, public Sector and Education/University sectors. Typical projects range from £100k - £1m and in and around the Greater Bristol area.
Contracts Manager - The Role:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team based from the office but roaming across projects (typically 2-3 at any one time) You will be responsible for leading the overall delivery of contracts via site based Site Managers and supported by the commercial and design teams. The role will report to the Director and will have excellent opportunity for growth.
Contracts Manager - The Person
* You will have a solid and steady permanent career experience with main contractors
* Demonstrable experience of delivering commercial refurbishment projects
* Experience delivering contracts between over £500k as number 1
* Proven experience in managing site based teams on multiple simultaneous projects at once
* SMSTS
* Innovative - ability to identify better ways of doing things
* High calibre individual who is committed to quality and programme
* A track record of delivering projects across multi-sectors including
* A good team player, someone who wants to be part of a growing business to achieve common goals.
* Commutable within the Bristol + 1 hour region.
