Contracts Manager
Location: Norfolk & Suffolk
Salary: Competitive + Package (DOE)
Anglian Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager on behalf of a well-established specialist subcontractor delivering works across a range of commercial construction projects throughout East Anglia.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of secured work, overseeing multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
* Overseeing project delivery to ensure works are completed safely, on time and within budget.
* Liaising with clients, principal contractors, site teams and subcontractors.
* Monitoring programme performance and resolving project issues.
* Managing project resources, labour and materials.
* Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times.
* Attending client meetings and site progress meetings.
* Supporting commercial teams with project forecasting and reporting.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of commercial construction projects.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications would be advantageous.
