Description:
We are recruiting for a Contracts Manager on a long-term temporary contract. This role will be responsible for planned maintenance and capital works and will oversee the delivery of works from inception through to completion.
-Management of contractor to ensure performing against KPI's
-Ensuring works are undertaken within agreed time frames
-Management of CDM and H&S on site
-Quality checking of works to ensure that they are undertaken to desired quality standards
-Budget management to ensure that works are undertaken within agreed cost parameters.
Candidates should have experience in the delivery of planned and capital works. Working on a long-term contract basis with excellent working conditions and rates of pay
