Contracts Coordinator – 6-month FTC
Salary: £24,000 per annum (£12.30 per hour
Contract: 6 months FTC
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday – 9 am to 5.30 pm.
Location: Milton Keynes office 2 days a week and home-based 3 days a week.

As a Contracts Coordinator, you will ensure our client's customers have a seamless onboarding experience.
What you'll be doing:
Onboarding new customers and ensuring a first-class start to their journey
Accurately processing changes to customer packages and products
Supporting customers with any queries and questions
Collaborating with internal stakeholders
Assisting the Customer service inbound calls team during peak periods
What we're looking for:
A methodical individual with excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Empathy and a customer-centric mindset
Proficiency in IT skills, including Excel, Word, and CRM databases
Problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of queries
Flexibility to support other areas of the team or wider Customer Experience
