EES London Ltd are a Lightning Protection & Electrical Earthing company based in Caterham, Surrey.
We are a family based company with an extremely good reputation within the industry which we pride ourselves on. This reflects on the clients we work with.
EES require attention to detail in all areas of our company with a team of individuals who carry out work to a very high standard for high demand clients.
Our projects are ever growing and a constant flow of works which we need an indvdual to work alongside our project manager to manage.
This position would be for an individual to co-ordinate the day to day running of the existing projects with the clients and engineers with all associated items to ensure the company’s standards are met
This is a full time office based position Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.
We require someone who is willing to progress and develop this position brining new ideas to the company.
Training will be given to understand the technical aspect of a lightning protection system which will assist in the programming and running of projects.
Duties & reasonability
* Program & Plan engineers their daily/weekly work load
* Providing engineers all associated paperwork for each project
* Program & manage contracts with all associated requirements
* Compile Clients Reports from Engineers observations
* Ensure all contractual works are completed correctly and in a timely manor
* Review and issuing of any variation works on projects.
* Building & development of relationships with new and existing customers
* Liaise with clients as to their needs
* Ordering and managing materials stock
* Processing all associated paperwork and documents related to the projects
* Managing and maintaining engineers training requirements
* General Administration
* Producing Method & Risk Assessments (after attending course)
Requirements;
The individual should have very good attention to detail,
Use of common sense and bringing new ideas to current procedures
Good IT Skills
Experience within construction industry
A want to learn and understand areas in more depth and develop within a company
This position would not suit someone who is not looking further their career
