Identify, prepare, assess and negotiate contractual claims relating to delays, disruption, variations, extensions of time (EOT) and additional costs.

Review and administer EPC, construction, maintenance and service contracts, ensuring contractual obligations, commercial risks and potential liabilities are effectively managed.

Lead commercial negotiations with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, resolving disputes and securing commercially favourable outcomes.

Work closely with Project Managers, Planning Engineers and Commercial Teams to review project schedules, contractual correspondence, supporting evidence and the financial impact of delays or changes.

Provide expert contractual advice to senior management, ensuring claims are properly substantiated, contractual notices are issued within required timescales and commercial exposure is minimised.

It would be an advantage, but is not essential, to have:

Experience across CCGT, OCGT, biomass, energy-from-waste, conventional thermal power generation or other major energy infrastructure projects.
