Location: Nationwide (Head Office based in London)

Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped OTE

About the Client

Simon Acres Group Ltd are representing an exciting entrepreneurial business that is set to become a major player within the UK KBB market.

With a flagship central London showroom due to open soon, the company is launching a premium fitted furniture offering across kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens and interior living spaces will all be catered for.

About the Role

Working closely with the Managing Director, the successful candidate will help drive contract sales growth across the UK. This strategic and hands-on role will focus on developing key partnerships, generating new business opportunities, and establishing the company as a leading name within the KBB sector.

The role offers genuine influence over the direction of the business and the opportunity to be part of an exciting growth story from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company's Contract Sales development strategy.

Identify and secure new retail showroom partnerships across the UK.

Generate and develop contract business opportunities with developers, architects, interior designers,buying groups, housebuilders, and commercial client, plus Social Housing, High rise etc

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the KBB industry.

Work alongside the Managing Director to shape commercial strategy and market positioning.

Negotiate commercial agreements and maximise revenue opportunities.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.

Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

Support the successful launch and ongoing development of the flagship London showroom.

Deliver agreed sales targets and contribute to long-term business growth.

Requirements / Skills

Proven track record in business development, sales leadership, or commercial management within the KBB, fitted furniture, interiors, or related sectors.

Strong network of contacts within retail showrooms, developers, contractors, architects, buying groups or interior design markets.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive within a high-growth environment.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Commercially astute with strong strategic thinking abilities.

Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.

Willingness to travel nationwide as required.

Experience launching or growing a brand within the KBB sector would be highly advantageous.
