Are you an experienced contract administrator looking for your next opportunity? Look no further! Our client, a leading organisation in the industry, is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their team as a Contract Administrator.
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30-4:30
Location: Birmingham

Key Responsibilities:
Adding new jobs/queries onto the system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
Scheduling engineer's appointments and follow-ups to maintain a streamlined workflow
Completing job administration tasks efficiently and effectively including invoicing.
Resolving any open jobs promptly to ensure client satisfaction
Liaising with other departments to ensure timely completion of jobs and adherence to service level agreementsPerson Specification:
Experience in a contract administration role
Experience with scheduling
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
Confident computer user, with experience on CRM and Excel
Ability to build lasting work relationships.
