We're seeking a skilled individual for the position of Contract Account Manager focused on Waste Management & Recycling. The role involves overseeing multiple contract operations and maintaining client relationships.

Experience:
We're looking for someone who has experience in roles such as Waste Contracts Manager, Account Manager, Business Improvement Manager, Operations Manager, Recycling Manager, Waste Manager, Commercial Manager, or Business Development Manager within the Waste Management and Recycling sector.
Role Overview:
As a Contract Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of waste management and recycling contracts. Your duties will include:
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and addressing performance issues directly.
Working closely with clients to enhance service offerings and boost profitability.
Managing the profit and loss (P&L) for contracts totalling several million pounds, including administrative tasks and reporting to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in the Waste Management and Recycling sector, with a solid understanding of waste and recycling service delivery and sustainability.
Ideally, experience with P&L management and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, and strong administrative skills are a must.
