Responsibilities
Prepare and submit monthly valuations in line with project requirements
Support day-to-day commercial activities for the project team
Assist with the processing and management of tender packages
Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
Develop a thorough understanding of financial and contractual strategies to ensure successful project deliveryMust-have Requirements
Relevant third-level degree in Quantity Surveying or similar discipline
Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably with a main contractor
Strong background in construction or civil engineering projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
