Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your administrative skills and grow with a reputable company? We are seeking a dedicated and organized Contract Support Administrator to join our client's thriving team on a temp-to-perm basis.

Position: Contract Support Administrator

Pay: £12 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Location: Lymington

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the contracts team.
Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.
Oversee all planned maintenance work.
Running reports from the repairs system and completing monthly reports
Raising jobs in our repairs system
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.What We're Looking For:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential.
Previous experience with CAFM software desireable
