Exciting Opportunity: Contract Support Administrator

Location: Southampton, Hillyfields

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role: As a Contract Support Administrator, you will be at the heart of our client's operations, ensuring seamless administrative processes and supporting contract management activities. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation, review, and management of contracts.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all contract-related activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
Determine the nature, priority of faults based on information provided by the clientWhat We're Looking For:

Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a contract management environment.
Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
