Description:

Are you ready to step into the role of Contract Supervisor and lead our team to success? Here's what you'll be responsible for:

Bringing expertise in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines to oversee contract operations.
Demonstrating strong team leadership skills, prioritisation abilities, and meeting deadlines effectively.
Ensuring adherence to industry Health & Safety standards across all contract activities.
Safely supervising all personnel, including managing specialist subcontractors, to ensure efficient and compliant project execution.
Thoroughly preparing and reviewing task-related Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and COSHH documents.
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members as needed.
Utilising experience and knowledge of Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems to optimise contract performance.
Managing and monitoring Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Repairs to maintain service excellence.
Maintaining compliance records and certifications to meet legislative requirements and contract specifications.
Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of jobs for invoicing and managing Work in Progress (WIP) effectively.
Driving customer satisfaction by meeting agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) under the contract.
Being prepared to take appropriate action and handle contingencies effectively to ensure contract success.

Someone with a recognised industry qualification and substantial previous experience in contract supervision.
Ideally IOSH qualified and asbestos awareness certified.
MEWP Licence is preferable but not essential, along with first aid training.
Proficiency in computer literacy and excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal services, clients, and other partners.
Diplomatic handling of demanding client personnel.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and as part of a team.
