Job Description
Boden Group have an opportunity for a Contract/Operations Manager working for a large Facilities Management Company, the role shall be based at a high-profile site in Nottingham (Beeston). The ideal candidate will have experience managing a hard FM contract.
* Responsible for the management of the staff, operation and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical plants/services, project works and Building performance.
* Daily management of the Engineering team including compliance with disciplinary processes and procedures.
* To complete the weekly operations report to the client and attend weekly operation meetings.
* Ensure that all matters that may impact the smooth running of the building and facilities are reported to Senior Management.
Experience
* Knowledge of Facilities Management
* Experience in the Building Services industry.
* Completed recognised formal Electrical or Mechanical training to at least city and Guilds level
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to lead, motivate and direct a team of technicians/operatives.
