We are recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial sites across London for a leading facilities management provider.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established Hard FM professional to take ownership of a multi-site portfolio, leading engineering teams, managing client relationships and driving operational and commercial performance.
Offering a competitive salary of £80,000 - £85,000, this role would suit a commercially minded manager with a strong background in building services maintenance, contract management and team leadership.
The Role
As Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of Hard FM services across a portfolio of London sites, ensuring high standards of service, compliance, client satisfaction and financial performance.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing the day-to-day delivery of Hard FM services across multiple sites.
Leading, motivating and developing engineering teams and site-based management.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Taking responsibility for contract budgets, P&L, forecasting and financial performance.
Ensuring contractual KPIs, SLAs and service standards are consistently achieved.
Overseeing planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and statutory compliance.
Ensuring robust Health & Safety standards and safe systems of work are maintained.
Managing subcontractors, suppliers and additional works.
Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, operational efficiency and profitability.
Producing performance reports and leading regular client review meetings. About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience as a Contract Manager or Senior Contract Manager within Hard FM or building services.
Experience managing a portfolio of commercial properties or multiple sites.
A strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and general building services maintenance.
Previous responsibility for contract budgets, P&L and commercial performance.
Experience leading engineering teams, supervisors and specialist subcontractors.
A strong understanding of statutory compliance, Health & Safety and maintenance delivery.
Excellent client-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service standards. The Package
Salary of £80,000 - £85,000.
