Description:

Avenue are currently seeking a highly skilled and efficient Contract Manager to join one of our well established Heating & Ventilation clients. This role involves overseeing the implementation and delivery of mechanical project contracted works whilst driving mechanical operations efficiencies and improving overall mechanical operations productivity. The role will involve working closely with clients, vendors, supply partners, and the mechanical operations team along with the estimating team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day mechanical project operations, ensuring that the organisation runs smoothly and meets its goals and objectives.
* Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. Work with the finance department to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
* Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and systems.
* Track and measure staff performance, review productivity and efficiency.
* Manage procurement processes, coordinate material and resources allocation.
* Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Liaise with Business Director to ensure that operations comply with legal and health & safety standards.
* Report to senior management with timely and accurate operational information.
* Provide leadership and direction to the project management team to ensure that goals and objectives are met.
* Work with other members of the management team, implement business strategies to help grow the business and improve overall performance.

Qualifications:
* Heating & Ventilation related qualification.
* Proven work experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a management position.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Strong organisational and analytical skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
* Ability to work well under pressure and priorities tasks.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.
