The Basics
* Location: Central London – Heritage Works / Fit Out and Refurbishment
* Salary: c£70,000 Per Annum + 25 Days Holiday + Benefits Package
* Sector: Building: Fit-Out and Refurbishment Works - Heritage
* Duties: Overall management of a Heritage contracts in London
Contract Manager Duties & Responsibilities
* Management of Heritage Contracts in Central London
* Full Fit-Out and Refurbishment Works across several projects
* Managing Health & Safety
* RAM’s
* Sub-Contractor Management and Ordering of Materials
* Building strong working relationships with the client
* Attending Progress Meetings with Client
* Management of Trades/Engineers
* Take projects from Tender to Final Handover

Contract Manager Skills & Experience
* 5+ Years in Contract and/or Project Management
* HNC or HND in Engineering or Construction based Qualifications
* CSCS / SMSTS
* Excellent Leadership Skills
* Strong Communication Skills
* First Aid
